The Leoch DJM12-45 battery is a 12V, 45Ah valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery that uses gel electrolyte technology, suitable for energy storage needs in various scenarios.
Performance Features
High sealing performance: Adopts a three-dimensional porous network silica gel structure design, with the electrolyte in a gel state, no flow and no leakage. It supports vertical or horizontal installation, avoiding impact on the environment and equipment.
Long service life design:
The grid is made of lead-calcium-tin-aluminum alloy, and the positive plate is made of high-tin and low-calcium alloy, which improves corrosion resistance;
The gel electrolyte optimizes the crystallization process of positive and negative electrode active materials, enhances deep discharge cycle capability, and the floating charge design life can reach 12 years.
Safe and reliable:
The shell is made of ABS material, sealed with epoxy resin process, and the pole and battery cover are tightly sealed;
Equipped with a gas filtration and explosion-proof device, which can filter out precipitated gases and reduce external risks.
Stable performance:
Imported corrugated PVC separators with high porosity and low resistance, ensuring internal conductive efficiency;
Large heat capacity and good heat dissipation, adapting to high temperature or overcharging scenarios, reducing the risk of dryness;
Low self-discharge rate, after standing for 28 days at 25℃ room temperature, the self-discharge rate is less than 1.8%.
