HZ-ZX Axle Pin Load Sensor

Pin-type load cells are specialized sensors designed for measuring radial loads in components such as bearings and pulleys, or for determining the tension in wire ropes. They can be installed in place of pulley pins within a structure to measure radial forces. Depending on the application, they can be conveniently mounted at connection points between metal structures, such as hooks, rigging shackles, movable pulleys (or pulley blocks), fixed pulleys (or pulley blocks), wedge sockets, wire rope sockets, marine rigging, turnbuckles, rod ends, fork joints, linkage forks, lifting eyes, and within the axle holes of steel wheels. They not only serve as replacements for the original axles but also function as weighing and force measurement sensors, thereby significantly simplifying the mechanical components of the entire weighing and force control system.
