I. Product Introduction

II. Working Principle:

The working principle of the pulse bag dust collector is as follows: Dust-laden gas enters through the air inlet. When passing through the hopper, large dust particles in the gas fall directly to the bottom of the hopper due to inertia and gravity. The remaining dust-laden gas enters the bag chamber section. Under the traction of the fan's air pressure, the gas passes through the filter bags, and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bags. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged through the outlet.
As filtration time extends, the dust layer on the filter bags becomes thicker, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continuously increases. The dust cleaning and blowing system begins cleaning at set time intervals. At this time, the electromagnetic pulse valve opens, and compressed air rushes into the filter bags in a short time, causing the filter bags to expand, deform, and vibrate. Under the action of the reverse airflow冲刷 on the outer surface of the filter bags, the dust on the outer surface is stripped off. Once cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve closes. Meanwhile, other electromagnetic pulse valves, according to the cycle settings, repeat the above process sequentially to achieve the dust removal purpose.
