Terpene-based resin (TPXC90/TPXC100)
Other Products
TPXC90 and TPXC100 resins are composite tackifying resins developed through processes such as purification, polymerization, and modification, using turpentine as the base material. These resins feature light color, excellent aging resistance, and low odor. They are particularly suitable for the SBS adhesive industry and serve as the best alternative to terpene resins.
Product Quality Indicators:
| Name | TPXC90 | TPXC100 |
|---|---|---|
| Softening Point (Ring and Ball Method) °C | 88-95 | 96-103 |
| Color (Iron-Cobalt Method) | 4-6 | 4-6 |
| Acid Value, mgKOH/g, Max | 1.0 | 1.0 |
| Toluene Insolubles %, Max | 0.05 | 0.05 |
Product Performance:
1. Light color and low odor.
2. Excellent initial tack, high viscosity, and significantly enhances the adhesion of SBS adhesives.
3. Good heat resistance and stable oxidation resistance.
4. Good compatibility, especially with SBS and SIS blends.
Main Applications:
1. Adhesive industry, such as: hot melt adhesives, hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesives, solvent-based pressure-sensitive adhesives, solvent-based heat-sensitive adhesives, etc.
2. Rubber, ink, coating, and other industries.
Packaging: Composite paper-plastic bags, 25 kg/bag
