HA Series -- HA368, HA369
Other Products
HA368 and HA369 are a new generation of high-grade natural tackifying resins characterized by extremely light color and high stability. They are developed from refined rosin as the base material through processes such as partial hydrogenation, esterification, and stabilization. These resins offer advantages including light color, excellent aging resistance, and good compatibility with polymer materials, meeting the specific needs of the adhesive industry. HA369 is particularly suitable for formulating high-grade hot melt adhesives used in hygiene products.

Product Performance:
1. Extremely light color with low odor.
2. Significantly enhances the adhesive strength of pressure-sensitive adhesives.
3. Excellent heat resistance; color darkens by less than 2 after 8 hours at 180°C.
4. Good oxidation resistance; maintains excellent self-adhesion before and after aging in pressure-sensitive applications.
5. High solubility in various solvents including cyclohexane, petroleum ether, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, and acetone.
6. Excellent compatibility with a wide range of polymers such as NR, CR, SBR, SBS, SIS, and EVA in any ratio. Particularly, it forms transparent systems with SBS, SIS, and EVA across all proportions.
Main Recommended End Uses:
1. SBS hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesives: hygiene product adhesives, structural adhesives, etc.
2. EVA hot melt adhesives: packaging adhesives, bookbinding adhesives, cigarette adhesives, etc.
3. Hot melt coatings.
4. Sealants, etc.
