Rosin-modified glycerol ester resin--No. 138, No. 140
Other Products
138# and 140# are light-colored and stable rosin glycerol esters, developed from rosin as the base material through processes such as decolorization, esterification, and stabilization. They feature high softening points, light color, high viscosity, excellent aging and heat resistance, and good compatibility with polymer materials. They are particularly suitable for industries such as EVA hot melt adhesives and hot melt coatings.
Product Quality Indicators:

Product Performance:
1. Extremely light color and low odor.
2. Significantly improves the adhesion of pressure-sensitive adhesives.
3. Excellent heat resistance, with color darkening less than 2 after 8 hours at 180°C.
4. Good antioxidant properties.
5. Excellent solubility, soluble in cyclohexane, petroleum ether, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, acetone, and other solvents.
6. Good compatibility, miscible in any proportion with various polymers such as NR, CR, SBR, SBS, SIS, EVA, etc.
Main Recommended Applications:
1. Hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesives: sanitary napkin adhesive, label adhesive, tape adhesive, etc.
2. Solvent-based pressure-sensitive adhesives: tape adhesive, self-adhesive, etc.
3. Solvent-based heat-sensitive adhesives: laminating adhesive, decorative adhesive, etc.
4. Hot melt adhesives: EVA hot melt adhesive, polyamide hot melt adhesive, woodworking adhesive, bookbinding adhesive, etc.
5. Sealant adhesives: construction sealants, etc.
