HA Series -- HA482, HA492
Other Products
HA482 and HA492 are a family of ultra-light, ultra-stable composite natural resins, developed from rosin as the base material through processes such as refining, decolorization, polymerization, and esterification. They offer advantages including high softening point, high viscosity, and excellent heat resistance. They are particularly suitable for industries such as EVA hot melt adhesives and hot melt coatings.
Product Quality Indicators:

Product Performance:
1. Light color and low odor.
2. Significantly enhances the adhesive strength of EVA glue.
3. Excellent heat resistance; EVA glue with this tackifying resin ages very well.
4. Good antioxidant properties and long shelf life.
5. Good solubility, soluble in various solvents such as cyclohexane, petroleum ether, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, and acetone.
6. Good compatibility, miscible in any proportion with various polymers such as NR, CR, SBR, SBS, SIS, EVA, etc. Particularly, it forms transparent systems with SBS, SIS, and EVA in all proportions, which is incomparable to petroleum resins.
Main Recommended Applications:
1. Hot melt adhesives: packaging adhesives, cigarette filter adhesives, etc.
2. Hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesives: sanitary napkin adhesives, etc.
3. Solvent-based heat-sensitive adhesives: laminating adhesives, etc.
4. Hot melt coatings.
