Aerospace high-power stabilized DC power supply uses IGBT and amorphous magnetic core as core devices, and is specially developed for aviation communication equipment. This series of power supplies provides highly stable output voltage and current, which can be used as starting power for various aircraft, aerocraft and other equipment, and can also be used as analog experiment for input power of aviation equipment. Since it adopts soft switching technology and mature control circuit, it has excellent electronic characteristics of high height, high stability and high reliability.
Features: 1. New electronic components, new electromagnetic materials, new conversion technology, new control theory and new functions.
2. High frequency, high efficiency, high power density, high power factor and high reliability.
3. High precision and low ripple. This DC power supply adopts peak current control, with fast response and high output voltage stabilization accuracy.
4. High efficiency. The wide-range soft switching technology enables the power supply to achieve high efficiency and low noise; the whole machine efficiency can reach 95%.
5. Small size and light weight. Due to the adoption of soft switching conversion technology, the internal radiator is greatly reduced. Compared with hard switching stabilized current power supply, the whole machine has smaller size, higher reliability, lighter weight and higher power density, which can meet the special needs of more equipment.
6. It has phase loss protection, short circuit protection, overload protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, independent temperature monitoring and protection circuit and special design for high reliability of the power supply.
7. High-precision current and voltage output display, which adopts high-precision four-and-a-half-digit LED digital meter or LCD touch screen display.
