This series of products is a 28.5V DC power supply designed and manufactured specifically for aviation and electronic and electrical equipment, using high-frequency power electronic switching conversion technology. It can be used in aircraft and airborne equipment, radar, navigation and other electronic equipment, as well as other occasions requiring a 28.5V DC power supply, and is an upgraded product of thyristor power supplies.
Performance Features
1. The power devices of the power supply adopt the new generation IGBT. By utilizing the advantages of high frequency and low loss in the IGBT switching mode, the power conversion is completed, with the characteristics of small size, light weight, high efficiency and high reliability.
2. The current mode control adopts full-bridge conversion, PWM control and slope compensation technology. There is no need to connect a DC bias prevention capacitor in series, and it has the advantages of fast dynamic response, strong anti-shock load capability and reliable over-current protection.
3. The intelligent monitoring uses a micro single-chip computer to complete the intelligent monitoring of the power supply. The LED/LCD digital panel displays the operating parameters and working status of the power supply; it has a fault self-diagnosis function, can record recent faults, and improves maintainability.
4. All functional units and components are designed in a modular structure. Through series connection of components for capacity expansion, it has the advantages of small size, high efficiency, good reliability and maintainability.
5. The whole machine adopts a 19-inch standard chassis structure, which can be used alone or installed in a rack.
