Customizable Multi-Function Ground Power Unit

The JFADW-05K power vehicle is a trailer-type AC/DC power unit that uses a diesel engine as the prime mover to drive a generator, producing medium-frequency power. Through an external commutator, it generates DC power. The entire generating set and electrical control system are mounted on a trailer chassis. This vehicle can independently output both AC and DC power. Its working principle is based on power electronics technology, typically utilizing two core components: inverters and rectifiers. The main function of the inverter is to produce adjustable AC power from a DC source, while the rectifier converts AC power back into DC power.

When supporting aircraft that use 28.5V power, in 28V mode, it can output DC 28.5V for power-on and startup. For aircraft that require 115/200V 400Hz power, in 115V mode, it can output AC 115/200V for power-on and startup, and also provide AC 36V for in-situ testing. When supporting aircraft that require both 115/200V 400Hz and 28.5V power, in 28V mode, it can output AC 115/200V and DC 28.5V simultaneously for power-on. While one aircraft is starting with DC 28.5V, the other can continue receiving 115/200V power until the startup process is complete.

This product has very low environmental requirements and can operate normally even at altitudes of 3000m or under extreme temperature conditions. Both the diesel engine and generator are nationally certified products, with emissions meeting environmental standards. Operating this vehicle does not require special safety measures, ensuring operator safety.
