Customizable Power Supply

This series of products utilizes high-frequency power electronic switching conversion technology and is specifically designed and manufactured for aviation and military electronic equipment as a 28.5V DC power supply. It can be used in aircraft and airborne equipment, radar, navigation, and other military electronic devices, as well as other applications requiring a 28.5V DC power supply. It serves as a replacement for silicon-controlled rectifier power supplies.

Performance Features

1. The power supply uses next-generation IGBT power devices, leveraging the advantages of high-frequency, low-loss operation in switching mode to achieve power conversion. It features compact size, light weight, high efficiency, and high reliability.

2. Current mode control employs full-bridge conversion, PWM control, and slope compensation technology, eliminating the need for series anti-saturation capacitors. It offers fast dynamic response, strong capability to handle impact loads, and reliable overcurrent protection.

3. Intelligent monitoring is accomplished via a micro single-chip computer, which oversees the power supply's operation. An LED/LCD digital panel displays operating parameters and status. The system includes self-diagnostic functions, memorizing recent faults to enhance maintainability.

4. All functional units and components are designed with a modular structure. Expansion is achieved through series connection of modules, resulting in small size, high efficiency, and excellent reliability and maintainability.

5. The entire unit adopts a 19" standard chassis structure, suitable for standalone use or rack mounting.
