Italian GT Series Pneumatic Actuators Original Italian GT Series Pneumatic Actuators Detailed Description The rack and pinion working system ensures constant torque, uniform force distribution, and reduces the overall size of the device. All G.T actuators can be easily converted from double-acting to spring-return type by installing an appropriate set of actuator springs into the double-acting actuator, eliminating the need for bulky actuator end caps, thus reducing weight and saving time. The special design and pre-loaded spring seat fully guarantee that the end cap screws will not loosen, eliminating the danger of improper installation of spring-return actuators. ● Air Supply: Filtered, dried, and lubricated clean air, maximum pressure 10 bar (142 Psi). ● Lubrication: Pre-lubricated at the factory to ensure a minimum of 500,000 strokes. ● Special treatment of internal surfaces ensures minimal friction and long service life. ● Sliding devices made of low-friction materials avoid direct metal-to-metal contact, facilitating replacement and maintenance. ● Bottom mounting holes facilitate actuator-valve connection and alignment, complying with ISO 5211/DIN 3377 standards. ● Bottom shaft mounting holes (compliant with ISO 5211/DIN 3377 standards) are double square, allowing easy connection to the valve stem and 45° rotation installation. ● Air supply ports comply with NAMUR mounting standards and can also be installed via NAMUR adapter plates. ● Top mounting holes and holes on the top of the shaft comply with NAMUR mounting standards. ● Position indicators can be installed upon request. ● Standard operating temperature range: -20°C (4°F) to +90°C (194°F). Specific temperature (upon request) range: -40°C (-40°F) to +160°C (320°F). ● External protection: Corrosion resistance, compliant with ASTM B 117-13 standards, capable of withstanding salt spray conditions for a minimum of 500 hours. ● Each actuator is marked with a serial number for easy identification and tracking service. ● All actuators undergo operational and sealing performance tests before leaving the factory.
