Working Principle:
Vacuum Stage: Under negative pressure conditions (vacuum level reaching -0.09MPa), air and moisture between fruit and vegetable cells are extracted, forming a hollow structure.
Penetration Stage: High-concentration sugar solution rapidly fills the cell gaps under pressure difference and gravity, improving penetration efficiency by 3–5 times.
Circulation and Temperature Control: The sugar solution is maintained at a constant temperature through an external heating circulation system (steam or electric heating), preventing nutrient loss due to high temperatures while evaporating moisture to increase sugar concentration.
