The process generates substantial dust, and sulfur powder is highly harmful to humans, making workers reluctant to perform the tasks.
3. For high-end rubber applications, the fineness of the crushed powder does not meet standards;
Sulfur powder for high-end tires generally requires a fineness of 325 mesh or finer, while current crushers can only achieve 100 mesh or finer.
4. Sulfur has strong static electricity, leading to easy adhesion and clogging in the crushing chamber/hopper and other parts.
The crushing chamber typically requires shutdown for cleaning every 2-4 hours, severely impacting production.

Sulfur combustion and explosion require three elements:

1. We use inert gas (nitrogen) for atmosphere protection and strictly control the oxygen content within the system to a safe range to eliminate the conditions for combustion and explosion.
2. The entire system is fully enclosed, with nitrogen recycled and minimal replenishment, resulting in low production costs.
3. A passive explosion-proof system ensures that in the event of a flash explosion, personnel are not harmed, and equipment damage is minimized.

1. Our crushing system operates in a fully enclosed cycle with no large-volume exhaust emissions.
2. An automatic pulse dust cleaning collector and highly efficient anti-static filter materials are used, with dust emission concentrations below 10mg/m³, far exceeding national environmental standards.
3. A fully automated control system automatically adjusts operational parameters, enabling unattended operation.

We use a classified impact mill for crushing, with a built-in turbo air classifier. The crushing particle size is uniform and adjustable, achieving fineness up to 1250 mesh. We can produce sulfur powder of various fineness requirements~

1. Based on the characteristics of sulfur powder and angle of repose testing, our crushing system uses numerical simulation software for specialized flow field design to reduce dead zones and eddies, minimizing adhesion and clogging.
2. Static electricity is also a major cause of sulfur adhesion and clogging. Our sulfur crusher has undergone extensive anti-static treatment to maximize static dissipation, ensuring normal equipment operation.
3. All parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel with mirror polishing, featuring smooth inner walls that not only resist material adhesion but also offer excellent corrosion resistance. Local anti-adhesion coatings are applied.
4. The entire crushing system is equipped with a reasonable cooling system to prevent material softening and adhesion.
