Airflow Pulverizer

 The ZJ series fluidized bed ultra-fine pulverizer utilizes multiple oppositely arranged nozzles to generate high-speed airflow, which accelerates materials to supersonic speeds, causing them to collide at the intersection of the nozzles to achieve ultra-fine pulverization. The pulverized materials are carried by the rising airflow into the classifier's grading chamber. Due to the high-speed rotation of the grading rotor, particles are subjected to both the centrifugal force generated by the grading rotor and the centripetal force caused by the viscous action of the airflow. When the centrifugal force on the particles exceeds the centripetal force, coarse particles larger than the grading particle size return to the pulverization chamber for further impact and pulverization, while fine particles enter the cyclone separator and collector with the airflow for collection. The gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.

The ZJ series fluidized bed airflow pulverizer is an upgraded product of traditional fluidized bed airflow pulverizers, opposed jet pulverizers, horizontal airflow pulverizers, and other types of airflow pulverizers. The equipment mainly consists of the pulverizing host, a high-precision vortex classifier, cyclone collector, bag dust collector, air compressor, and other components.
