When selecting crushing equipment, we not only need to consider whether the crushing particle size meets the standards, but also, for some materials with special requirements, we must consider whether they will be contaminated during the crushing process. Airflow Crusher System Introduction:

The ZJ series fluidized bed ultra-fine micro-grinding mill utilizes multiple oppositely arranged nozzles to form high-speed airflow, which accelerates the material to supersonic speeds, causing collisions at the intersection of the nozzles to achieve ultra-fine grinding.

Air Classifier System Introduction:

The classifier, dust collector, and induced draft fan form a complete classification system. Under the suction force of the fan, the material enters from the lower feed inlet of the classifier and moves rapidly with the upward airflow to the classification zone. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification vortex, coarse and fine materials are separated. Fine particles that meet the particle size requirements pass through the gaps of the classification wheel blades and are collected by the cyclone separator or dust collector. Coarse particles, carrying some fine particles, lose speed upon hitting the wall and descend along the cylinder wall to the secondary air outlet. The intense scouring action of the secondary air separates coarse and fine particles, with fine particles rising to the classification zone for secondary classification, and coarse particles descending to the discharge outlet for removal.

Classifying Impact Mill System Introduction:

The material is conveyed by the feeding device to the main machine’s crushing chamber, where it undergoes mutual impact, collision, friction, shearing, and compression with high-speed rotating components and other particles to achieve crushing. The crushed material is separated into coarse and fine powder by the classification wheel, with coarse powder flowing back into the crushing chamber for regrinding, and purified gas discharged by the induced draft fan.
