Produced from vegetable oil, it offers superior anti-yellowing properties, low odor, and anti-caking performance compared to oleamide derived from animal fatty acids.

Excellent smooth feel, fullness, and gloss; good fluidity suitable for high-speed printing inks; high transparency suitable for transparent inks and varnish systems; dispersibility for pigments and fillers, enhancing color development; excellent dispersion and alignment effect for gold/silver powders, providing both dispersion and smoothness. Enhances water resistance, anti-fouling, and abrasion resistance, improves ink spreadability and adhesion on printed surfaces, resulting in clear imprints and vibrant colors.

Applications:

Used in polyolefin films to reduce internal friction during processing and friction between the film and conveying equipment, thereby increasing production output and simplifying handling of the final product. Also used as a release agent for polyolefin injection molding, facilitating easy demolding, increasing production, and improving the surface gloss of products. Due to the low addition amount in films (0.1-0.15%), it must be added in the form of a mixture or masterbatch at processing plants to ensure uniform slip effect.

In the coatings industry, it can be used as a slip agent for topcoats of automobiles, furniture, etc., effectively preventing marks on surface coatings during scratching.

In the ink industry, it is suitable for polyamide surface printing inks, BOPP composite inks, polyamide ester composite inks, PVC inks; offset printing inks; paper inks (acrylic series).
