Vacuum Insulated Pipe Technology Design and Features
1. The inner pipe has a shrinkage rate of 0.3% at liquid nitrogen temperature. For rigid pipes, necessary compensators are installed;
2. High-vacuum multilayer insulated cryogenic shut-off valves, check valves, emergency shut-off valves, and safety relief systems are installed on the pipeline;
3. Push-pull vacuum connection joints feature low heat leakage, no frosting, and no icing;
4. Both inner and outer pipes are made of austenitic stainless steel 06Cr19Ni10 (or customized according to customer requirements);
5. Advanced specialized multilayer insulation materials and gas adsorbents are used in the interlayer;
6. Supports with low thermal conductivity;
7. Application fields: industrial gases, medical, biological, electronics, aviation, automotive, beverage, and many other industries;
