Fully Automatic High-Pressure Backwash Filter

Qinhuang Haiwo Brand Fully Automatic High-Pressure Backwash Filter is an efficient, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and green fully automatic water filtration device. The filter element adopts high-precision, high-strength stainless steel or alloy composite mesh. The cleaning method employs a synchronous operation mode of 1.7-2.0 MPa high-pressure backwashing on the outer side of the filter screen and automatic suction of contaminants on the inner side.

This filter operates fully automatically, ensuring thorough cleaning without dead corners, and requires no replacement of filter elements. The intelligent control system guarantees safe, stable, and reliable operation. The equipment occupies a small area, is easy to maintain, has low operating costs, and can be installed vertically or horizontally according to site conditions.

Its working principle is as follows: Raw water enters the unit through the inlet, flows through the filter screen, and filters out fine impurities in the water. As various pollutants accumulate on the inner side of the filter screen, the filtration channel becomes blocked, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet gradually increases. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the system automatically activates the travel motor and the backwash high-pressure pump. At this time, the drive device rotates and moves the sewage suction shaft equipped with suction nozzles horizontally along the inner side of the filter screen. Simultaneously, on the outer side of the filter screen, the high-pressure backwashing device operates synchronously with the sewage discharge device in a corresponding manner. Without interrupting normal water production, only a small portion of the product water is used to perform high-pressure backwashing of the filter screen. The backwash water passes through the filter screen, and along with the impurities dislodged from it, is quickly sucked into the sewage suction shaft by the nozzles and finally discharged from the sewage chamber.

After one backwash cycle, the pressure difference decreases, all components reset, and the system returns to normal operation.
