Self-Cleaning Filter Process and Working Principle
1. Filtration: Raw water enters the body through the inlet, flows through the filter mesh, filtering out fine impurities in the water. As various pollutants in the filtering medium accumulate on the inner side of the filter mesh, the filtering channels become blocked, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet gradually increases.
2. High-Pressure Backwashing: When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the system automatically starts the travel motor and the backwashing high-pressure pump. At this time, the transmission device drives the contaminant discharge shaft equipped with suction nozzles to rotate and move horizontally along the inner side of the filter mesh. Simultaneously, on the outer side of the filter mesh, the high-pressure backwashing device and the contaminant discharge device operate synchronously and correspond to each other. Without interrupting normal water production, using only a small portion of the product water, high-pressure backwashing is performed on the filter mesh. The backwash water passes through the filter mesh, and along with the impurities stripped from the mesh, is quickly sucked into the discharge shaft by the suction nozzles and finally discharged from the contaminant chamber.
3. Reset: After one backwashing cycle, the pressure difference decreases, all components reset, and the system returns to normal operation.
