Scope of Application
The dedicated surge protector for monitoring is used for surge protection of power/network/2-in-1 monitoring transmission devices with RJ45 terminal connections.

Installation and Maintenance
1. The dedicated surge protector for monitoring series should be installed directly in front of the protected equipment (or system), as close as possible to the protected device (or system).
2. The surge protector can be fixed to a wall or inside a protective cover using screws or a 35mm DIN rail, with signal lines connected in series.
3. "IN" connects to the lead wire end, "OUT" connects to the protected equipment (or system) end. During installation, the two ends of the wiring must be laid separately and not bundled together to prevent secondary induction.
4. The surge protector grounding should be connected using the shortest possible wire.
5. Under normal operating conditions, this surge protector does not require long-term maintenance, only routine system maintenance. If signal transmission issues occur during use and normal transmission resumes after replacing the surge protector, it indicates that the surge protector is damaged and requires repair or replacement.
