Scope of Application
The dedicated surge protector for monitoring is used for surge protection of power/network/2-in-1 monitoring transmission equipment with network RJ45 terminal connections.

Installation and Maintenance
1. The series of dedicated surge protectors for monitoring are installed directly in front of the protected equipment (or system). During installation, the closer to the protected equipment (or system), the better.
2. The surge protector can be fixed to a wall or inside a protective cover using screws or a 35mm DIN rail. Signal lines should be connected in series.
3. "IN" connects to the lead wire end, and "OUT" connects to the protected equipment (or system) end. During installation, the wiring at both ends must be laid separately and not bundled together to prevent secondary induction.
4. The surge protector grounding should be connected using the shortest possible wire.
5. Under normal conditions, the surge protector does not require long-term maintenance and only needs routine system maintenance. If signal transmission issues occur during use and normal transmission resumes after replacing the surge protector, it indicates that the surge protector is damaged and requires repair or replacement.
