Working Principle of the Large Diameter Disc Dryer
        The top layer of the dryer is a small heating disc, the second layer is a large heating disc, followed by alternating small and large discs arranged downward. During operation, the main shaft located at the center of the dryer, driven by a motor, rotates along with the rake arms and rake blades fixed to it.

　The material to be dried is fed from the top of the dryer and first reaches the small disc. Under the continuous stirring and pushing of the rake blades, it moves in an exponential spiral from the inner edge to the outer edge of the heating disc and continuously falls from the outer edge of the small disc to the next large disc. Under the reverse pushing of the rake blades, it moves in an exponential spiral from the outer edge to the inner edge of the disc and continuously falls from the inner edge of the large disc to the next small disc. Alternating in this manner, the material moves layer by layer from top to bottom. Meanwhile, heat is transferred from the heating medium through the disc surface to the material, which is heated and dried, and then discharged from the bottom outlet. The vaporized moisture is naturally discharged from the top outlet of the dryer or removed by an exhaust fan.
