Fiber Nasopharyngoscope System

The fiberoptic nasopharyngolaryngoscope is a medical device used for examining the nasopharynx, pharynx, and larynx. It can perform biopsies, surgical treatments for vocal cord nodules or small vocal cord polyps, and removal of foreign bodies in the throat. As a fiberoptic device, it utilizes microscopic imaging technology to magnify lesions up to thousands of times during detailed laryngeal examinations. This allows doctors to perform outpatient surgical treatments for conditions such as vocal cord polyps, nodules, and other vocal cord lesions using its built-in surgical forceps on the magnified tissues, such as vocal cord cysts. The procedure is short, and patients experience minimal discomfort.
