Product Introduction
Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) pipe is a lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant non-metallic pipe. It is manufactured by winding resin-impregnated glass fibers layer by layer around a rotating mandrel according to process requirements, with quartz sand evenly distributed between the fibers as a sand core layer. The pipe wall structure is reasonably advanced, maximizing material performance. While meeting the required strength, it enhances rigidity and ensures product stability and reliability. FRP sand-core pipes are widely accepted by users due to their excellent chemical corrosion resistance, lightweight and high strength, anti-scaling properties, strong seismic resistance, longer service life compared to ordinary steel pipes, low overall cost, quick installation, and safety
reliability.
