Product Introduction

Steel wire mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe (abbreviated as PE composite pipe) uses a high-strength steel wire mesh skeleton, formed by left and right spiral winding, as the reinforcement. The base material is high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and a high-performance adhesive resin layer tightly bonds the steel wire mesh skeleton with the inner and outer layers of HDPE. This adhesive resin is a high-performance bonding material, belonging to modified HDPE, which can fully melt and integrate with HDPE under heating conditions. At the same time, it exhibits strong adhesion to the steel wire. The use of this adhesive resin successfully resolves the issue of the lack of bonding factors between steel and polyethylene, resulting in superior composite performance.

Product Features
The color is generally black, but can also be determined through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer.
The inner and outer surfaces of the pipe should be smooth and glossy, with minor natural shrinkage-induced depressions and protrusions allowed. Bubbles, cracks, decomposition discoloration lines, and significant damage are not permitted. Both ends of the pipe should be cut neatly.
