Marine Main Switchboard

Scope of Application

This series of marine main switchboards is suitable for various ship power stations with three-phase AC below 380V/50Hz or 440V/60Hz, and DC below 230V. It is used to control, monitor, and protect generator sets and distribute power. All performances comply with the requirements and specifications of the "Rules for Classification of Sea-Going Steel Ships" (2021 Edition), "Rules for Classification and Construction of Inland Waterway Steel Ships" (2021 Edition), and GB/T11634-2000 "General Technical Conditions for Marine AC Low-Voltage Switchboards".

Basic Structure

Structures such as bending plate type, horn skeleton type, and frame combination type can be selected. Main switches and load switches are chosen according to user requirements.
Reasonable selection of voltmeters, ammeters, frequency meters, power meters, and synchronizers. The switchboard includes an engine panel, load panel, combined starter panel, control panel, etc.

Basic Functions

Engine overload and short-circuit protection.
Overcurrent, undervoltage, and power loss protection. Main switch and shore power switch interlock protection. Power grid insulation performance detection.
Automatic power management system (optional). Reverse power protection.
Engine voltage, current, frequency, and power measurement. Proportional distribution of active load during parallel operation.
Manual or automatic frequency adjustment of the engine. Fault alarm and remote trip function.
Automatic graded load shedding protection for the load grid.
Manual or automatic quasi-synchronization of the engine. Synchronization detection for parallel operation.
