Product Introduction

The KYN61-40.5(Z) type armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is a three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV indoor complete power distribution equipment. It is used for receiving and distributing electrical energy in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It provides functions such as control, protection, and detection for circuits and can also be used in frequently operated locations.
This switchgear complies with standards such as GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-1991, and DL404-1997.

Working Conditions

◇ Ambient air temperature: maximum temperature +40℃, minimum temperature -15℃;
◇ Relative humidity: daily average relative humidity: ≤95%;
◇ Daily average water vapor pressure not exceeding 2.2kPa;
◇ Monthly average relative humidity: ≤90%;
◇ Monthly average water vapor pressure not exceeding 1.8kPa;

◇ Altitude: below 1000m;
◇ Seismic intensity: not exceeding 8 degrees;
◇ The surrounding air should not be significantly contaminated by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc.;
◇ Locations without severe vibration;
◇ For use under conditions beyond the normal specifications of GB3906, consult the user and manufacturer.

Structural Features

◇ The cabinet structure is assembled, and the circuit breaker adopts a floor-mounted handcart structure;
◇ Equipped with a new type of composite insulation vacuum circuit breaker, featuring good interchangeability and easy replacement;
◇ The handcart frame is equipped with a screw-nut advancing mechanism, allowing easy movement of the handcart and preventing damage to the advancing structure due to misoperation;
◇ All operations can be performed with the cabinet door closed;
◇ The interlocking between the main switch, handcart, and switchgear door adopts a mandatory mechanical locking method, meeting the "five preventions" function;
◇ The cable compartment has ample space and can connect multiple cables;
◇ The fast grounding switch is used for grounding and circuit short-circuiting;
◇ The enclosure protection level is IP3X, and with the handcart compartment door open, the protection level is IP2X;
◇ The product complies with GB3906-1991, DL404-1997, and references the international IEC-298 standard.
