I. Overview
The design, manufacturing, and testing of plugs and sockets for this low-voltage shore connection system shall comply with the following specifications and standards:

III. Basic Technical Requirements
3.1 Rated operating voltage: AC690V.

3.2 Rated operating current: Plugs and sockets in four specifications: 63A, 125A, 250A, and 350A.
3.3 Basic model, specification, and contact configuration
3.4 Minimum prospective short-circuit current: 16KA rms/1s.
3.5 Maximum rated peak current: 40KA.
IV. Safety Performance
4.1 Insulation resistance: Between all phases and between phase and ground, the insulation resistance measured with 500V DC shall not be less than 5MΩ.
4.2 Grounding: Clear grounding markings.
4.3 Protection level: IP66.
V. Markings
5.1 Nameplate markings include: rated current (A); rated operating voltage (V); model; protection level; product number; manufacturer's name; and the words "Low Voltage Shore Connection" shall also be indicated.
5.2 Contact symbols: L1, L2, L3 indicate phase lines; PE indicates grounding; P1, P2, P3, and P4 indicate control contacts; S+, S- indicate communication contacts.
VI. Other Requirements
6.1 Structural form: Straight cylindrical push-pull plugs and sockets.

6.2 Housing made of cast aluminum; the plug gland is equipped with a locking pin, the socket is equipped with a locking slot, the socket has a protective flip cover, and is equipped with a locking latch.
6.3 Sealing material is neoprene rubber; when the plug is engaged, the protection level can reach IP66.
6.4 Insulating material is nylon; insulating parts within plugs and sockets of the same specification are interchangeable.
6.5 Contacts are made of high-quality silver-plated copper alloy material, resistant to high temperatures and with strong conductivity.
5.6 Connection between contacts and wires: cold-press connection, easy to operate and reliable.
VII. Testing
Conducted in accordance with the "Type Test Outline for Plugs and Sockets of Low-Voltage Shore Connection Systems".
