The American style cable branch box produced by our company, with its excellent performance, standardized design, and elegant appearance, is widely used in cable engineering equipment within cable distribution network systems. It has gained widespread recognition in various locations such as industrial parks, residential communities, urban densely populated areas, commercial centers, and high-rise buildings. Its main features include a single-direction door opening and horizontal multi-way busbars, offering significant advantages such as compact width, flexible configuration, full insulation, and complete sealing. Based on rated current, it can generally be divided into two types: 600A main circuit and 200A branch circuit. The 600A main circuit uses a screw-in bolt fixed connection; the 200A branch circuit uses a plug-in connection and can be plugged and unplugged under load.

If space is limited and a cable branch box cannot be placed, multiple cable branches can be formed by directly combining cable joints (without busbars, connection method as shown in the example below) and placed in cable trenches or other locations. Example 1: Four-way input/output (2x600A + 2x200A)
Each group consists of two T-II type cable joints, two elbow connectors, and one intermediate connecting joint. The 200A side of the T-II type cable joint connects to an elbow cable connector (the other side connects to a fully insulated oxide arrester). For dimensional examples, see the figure below:

Example 2: Three-way input/output (3x600A)
Each phase consists of three T-type cable joints and two intermediate connecting joints. For dimensions and examples, see the figure below:

Note: Cable branches can be expanded or reduced as needed, and can be housed in an enclosure or directly buried in cable trenches.
