HL—304 Decolorizing Flocculant 

Haolang Decolorizing Flocculant is a quaternary ammonium cationic polymer compound. It achieves destabilization of organic matter through chemical and physical interactions with active groups in reactive dyes, direct dyes, acid dyes, and anionic groups such as hydroxyl and sulfonic acid groups, thereby achieving decolorization and removal of pollutants like COD and mineral oil. It can be used in combination with common inorganic and organic flocculants and coagulants. This product is suitable for treating industrial wastewater from printing and dyeing, ink, dye, oilfield, and other industries. It effectively reduces indicators such as COD, oil content, and chromaticity. The product fills a gap in the northern region.

This product is a low-toxicity substance, and after use, it is separated from water along with other solid pollutants, avoiding secondary pollution.

Appearance: Transparent or light-colored viscous liquid

pH value: (30% aqueous solution) 6-7

Solid content: ≥50%

Usage and Dosage:

Dilute the product 10 to 50 times and add it to wastewater in a certain proportion into flotation, flotation, sedimentation, or other wastewater treatment equipment. The general dosage is 20-50 grams per ton of wastewater.

The dosage varies depending on water quality conditions, industrial conditions, and the amount of impurities, typically 30-50 PPM.

Packaging and Storage:

25 kg plastic drum or 50 kg plastic drum.

Store the product in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight. The storage period is over one year. When the temperature is below 5°C, the product may turn into a milky white liquid or stratify, but this does not affect its quality. Shake well before use, and it will not affect the treatment effect.
