HL-307 Composite High-Efficiency Flocculant

Haolang composite flocculant is a dark red solution with a slightly irritating odor. It has a relative density of 1.15 g/ml, a pH value of 3.0–5.0, a boiling point of 95°C, and a decomposition temperature of 245°C. It partially decomposes at the boiling point. It is easily soluble in water, and when diluted in an aqueous solution, it hydrolyzes into brown flocculent precipitate.

It contains multiple metal and non-metal adsorption nuclei and is refined through unique synthesis techniques involving hydrolysis, complexation, polymerization, and homogenization. This process resolves the instability issue between cationic and anionic flocculants coexisting, combining the characteristics of both inorganic and organic polymer flocculants. Without increasing the overall cost of wastewater treatment, it significantly enhances flocculation efficiency.

Physical and Chemical Indicators:

Appearance: Brownish-red liquid.

pH value (1% aqueous solution): 3.0–5.0.

Total content of various metal nuclei Mr: ≥20% (calculated as MXOY).

Total basicity: ≤40%.

Water-insoluble matter: <1%.

Product Characteristics

1. The unique multi-core structure of this flocculant can adsorb various harmful components in wastewater. Through its large molecular chain's charge neutralization, adsorption, bridging coalescence, and sweeping destabilization effects, it rapidly forms dense and large flocs.

2. The multiple cationic nuclei can selectively adsorb various types of characteristic particles in wastewater, making it suitable for treating multi-component and variable-component wastewater.

3. Prepared through a unique synthesis process with multiple components, its high molecular weight and coagulant functional groups in the molecular structure quickly form a network after floc formation. This results in large and dense flocs, high sludge concentration with small volume, and excellent filtration properties, producing clear and transparent treated water.

4. As a composite flocculant, it overcomes many shortcomings of single flocculants, with a wide adaptation range and good sludge dewatering performance. It provides excellent water purification effects for low or high concentration wastewater, colored wastewater, and various industrial effluents.

5. The composite flocculant offers a high performance-to-price ratio. Its equivalent dosage, cost-equivalent dosage, and equal-quantity dosage are superior to traditional products like polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and polyferric sulfate (PFS). It generally saves 10%–30% of wastewater treatment costs compared to using PAC or PFS.

Usage and Dosage

During use, it removes COD, BOD, color, suspended solids, etc., from water. The dosage is generally 30–300 ppm, with the specific amount determined based on experimental results. It is directly added to wastewater, and when used in combination with polyacrylamide (PAM), the effect is enhanced. The dosage should be determined through laboratory testing.

Application Range

Widely used in drinking water, urban wastewater, and various industrial wastewater treatments such as papermaking, leather, chemical fiber, fertilizer, power, food, printing, dyeing, and coking wastewater.

Safety Precautions

This product is non-flammable and has minimal corrosiveness. Protective equipment should be worn during operation. In case of leakage, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Liquid packaging is in polyethylene plastic drums, 25 kg per drum.
