HL-401Fast-Acting Descaler (Acidic Solid)

Performance Characteristics:

Haolang Fast-Acting Descaler is a solid compound formulated from organic polymers, corrosion inhibitors, penetrants, and surfactants. This product features low dosage, rapid descaling, non-toxicity, odorlessness, safe usage, and easy transportation. After use, it significantly improves equipment thermal efficiency, saves fuel, and extends equipment lifespan.

Application Scope:

Suitable for descaling various boilers, solar water heaters, water heaters, and cleaning circulating water cooling systems.

Usage and Dosage:

This product must be dissolved in water before being added to the boiler. It can be applied using soaking or circulation methods. The cleaning solution temperature should be controlled below 60°C, with a descaling time of 6-8 hours. The general dosage is 80-100 kg/ton (exact amount should be determined through simulation tests).

Packaging and Storage:

Packaged in 25 kg woven bags. Store in a ventilated, dry place. Caking does not affect quality.

Validity Period: 2 years.

Introduction to Acidic Descaler

Haolang Descaler is formulated with imported raw materials and recipes, achieving the efficacy of imported products. It can be used alone without prior alkaline cleaning or heating, effectively decomposing various scale deposits such as calcium carbonate, silicates, sulfates, and other inorganic substances. It is quick and convenient to use. After dissolving scale, it does not produce water-insoluble precipitates, extending system cleaning cycles, prolonging equipment life, and reducing operating costs. This product also excels in removing oxides and organic pollutants.

Product Features:

l This product uses imported corrosion inhibitors, causing no corrosion to aluminum, iron, or copper when immersed in the original solution.

l Completely resolves the severe corrosion caused by substances like hydrochloric acid (HCl) on various metals during descaling, which damages equipment and molds. Physical cleaning is labor-intensive, can damage metal surfaces, and often leaves severe residues. Other strong acids pose operational hazards and can easily cause harm to personnel.

l Note: Not suitable for descaling zinc metal or galvanized surfaces.

Applications:

Can be used for online circulation cleaning or offline soaking cleaning. The operating temperature should be between 10°C and 60°C. It can be used as is or diluted based on the degree of scaling and equipment conditions.

Operational Precautions:

Wear latex gloves, protective goggles, and protective clothing. If splashed into the eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly. Prevent spills on cement floors to avoid corrosion. If the floor is affected, rinse immediately with water.
