Boiler Water Discoloration and Scale Inhibitor

This product is a specialized color-changing scale inhibitor for boilers, particularly those used for heating residential areas in winter. Heating users often misuse the circulating water for personal gain, leading to significant water loss in the boiler. This not only increases the workload for boiler operators but also wastes energy. Therefore, this issue is the most troublesome and urgently needs to be resolved for boiler operators. The color-changing scale inhibitor produced by our company is a new product developed by the Chemical Cleaning Company of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. It is formulated from various compounds and is available in two forms: solid powder and liquid. This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive to boilers, and regular use promotes the softening of hard water in boilers, prevents scaling, and also induces water discoloration to prevent significant water loss, reduce the labor intensity of boiler operators, and save energy.

Physical Properties
1. Appearance: Available in black and red powdered solid or liquid forms.
2. Good water solubility.
3. Non-toxic, odorless, and non-corrosive.
4. Excellent thermal stability.
5. Good coloring, scale prevention, and oxygen corrosion resistance properties.

Usage Instructions
1. For every ton of clean water, add 80-120g of the agent.

Preparation Method During Use:
A. Measure the agent according to the amount of clean water to be replenished per shift.
B. Pour the measured agent into the dosing tank and dissolve it in a certain amount of water.
C. Inject the prepared agent into the boiler return water tank or directly into the pipeline.
