The dosing concentration for online neutral cleaning prefilming agent is generally 1000-3000 ppm. After adding the agent based on the system water volume, start circulation. The endpoint is reached when the water becomes clear after 24-48 hours.

3. The prefilming agent is primarily used for prefilming heat exchanger equipment and pipelines in new circulating cooling water systems or after system maintenance. It forms a protective film on metal surfaces to prevent corrosion of materials such as carbon steel, copper alloys, and stainless steel during system operation.

Usage:

The dosing concentration of the prefilming agent is generally 200~600 mg/L. The prefilming time is 48-72 hours under cold conditions and 24-48 hours under hot conditions.
