Salts in crude oil not only cause equipment corrosion during processing but also reduce catalyst activity due to metal ion deposition on the catalyst in catalytic cracking or heavy oil hydrocracking processes, thereby affecting catalyst lifespan, product distribution, and yield, which impacts the economic efficiency of enterprises. Similarly, during crude oil extraction, with increasing crude oil production, there is an urgent need for an effective demulsifying and dehydrating agent. Therefore, crude oil demulsifiers are essential additives for oilfields and refineries, playing a crucial role in reducing equipment corrosion, lowering energy consumption, protecting catalyst activity, extending service life, and improving product quality and yield.

Usage Conditions This series of crude oil demulsifiers are water-soluble agents, odorless, with certain permeability, low freezing point, and are effective for most crude oils such as Liaohe, Shengli, Huabei, and Zhongyuan. They feature fast demulsification and water separation speed, high water separation rate, and low salt content in the treated crude oil.

Usage Method and Dosage; This product is a concentrate with a density greater than water and can be used after dilution. The dosage is 0.05%-1%, flexibly adjusted based on the actual condition of the crude oil.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight. If the temperature is below 10°C and stratification occurs, it can be stirred or mixed before use without affecting its effectiveness. The shelf life is three years.

【Performance】: This product appears as a colorless viscous liquid with a specific gravity of about 1.02g/cm³ and a decomposition temperature of 150°C. It is easily soluble in water and has good stability. This product is a copolymer of the cationic monomer dimethyldiallylammonium chloride and the non-ionic monomer acrylamide, featuring cationic properties and high molecular weight, with electro-neutralization and strong adsorption bridging effects. Therefore, it is suitable for oil-water separation in oil-water mixtures during oil extraction. For sewage or wastewater containing anionic chemicals or negatively charged fine particles, whether used alone or in combination with organic coagulants, it achieves fast and effective separation or water purification. It has a synergistic effect, accelerating flocculation speed and reducing the cost of product usage.


【Applications】: Dehydration of secondary and tertiary recovery products in crude oil, treatment of oilfield produced water, treatment of oilfield wastewater containing oil-driving polymers, treatment of oily wastewater in refineries, treatment of oily wastewater in food factories, treatment of mid-stage wastewater and deinking wastewater in paper mills, oil-water separation in urban underground wastewater, etc.
【Storage and Packaging】
1) This product is non-flammable and non-explosive, and should be stored at room temperature. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

2) This product is packaged in plastic drums, 25 kg per drum.
