Haolang anionic polyacrylamide flocculant is an anionic linear high-molecular polymer with excellent hydrophilicity. Since this polymer carries a negative charge, it can electrically neutralize positively charged suspended particles, promoting their coagulation. During use, it is often applied in combination with polyaluminum chloride or used alone.

Acrylamide (APAM) is a water-soluble high-molecular polymer primarily used for flocculation and sedimentation in various industrial wastewater treatments, such as steel plant wastewater, electroplating wastewater, metallurgical wastewater, coal washing wastewater, and sludge dewatering. It can also be used for clarifying and purifying drinking water. Due to the presence of a certain number of polar groups in its molecular chain, it can adsorb suspended solid particles in water, bridging particles or neutralizing charges to form large flocs, thereby accelerating the settlement of particles in suspensions and significantly enhancing solution clarification and filtration.

In wastewater treatment, sludge concentration and dewatering, mineral processing, coal washing, papermaking, and other fields, it fully meets the requirements of various applications.

1. Used in the textile and printing industries. Polyacrylamide serves as a sizing agent, finishing agent, and can form a protective layer that is soft, wrinkle-resistant, and mold-resistant. Its strong moisture absorption reduces breakage rates during fine yarn spinning. As a post-treatment agent, it prevents static electricity and imparts flame retardancy to fabrics. When used as a printing and dyeing auxiliary, it enhances color fastness and brightness, and can also act as a non-silicon high-molecular stabilizer in bleaching.

2. Mainly used as a flocculant: For suspended particles that are coarse, high in concentration, and carry a positive charge, in wastewater with a neutral or alkaline pH, the anionic polyacrylamide, with its polar groups, adsorbs suspended solid particles, bridging them to form large flocs. This accelerates particle settlement in suspensions, significantly speeding up clarification and improving filtration. It is widely used in treating chemical industrial wastewater and waste liquids, municipal sewage treatment, tap water production, purification of high-turbidity water, sedimentation, coal washing, mineral processing, metallurgy, steel industry, zinc and aluminum processing, electronics industry water treatment, and more.

3. Used in the petroleum industry for oil extraction, drilling mud, waste mud treatment, preventing water channeling, reducing friction, improving recovery rates, and enhanced oil recovery (EOR).

4. Used in the paper industry to increase the retention of fillers and pigments, reducing raw material loss and environmental pollution. It also enhances paper strength (both dry and wet strength). Additionally, PAM improves tear resistance and porosity, enhancing visual and printing properties. It is also used in food and tea packaging papers.

5. Other industries: In the food industry, for clarifying sugarcane juice and syrup phosphorus flotation in sugar production. It is used in enzyme preparation fermentation broth flocculation and clarification, recovery of feed protein with stable quality and good performance. The recovered protein has no adverse effects on chicken survival, weight gain, or egg production. It is also used in synthetic resin coatings, civil engineering grouting materials for water sealing, building materials to improve cement quality, construction adhesives, crack repair and water sealing agents, soil improvement, electroplating, printing and dyeing industries, and more.
