Introduction to Denitration Agent

This product is mixed with fuel and continuously releases a vaporizing agent in the combustion zone that reacts with nitrogen oxides, converting them into nitrogen gas, thereby addressing nitrogen oxide pollution at the source.

It eliminates the need for large-scale flue gas post-treatment equipment and harsh operating conditions, requires no maintenance, unlike Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR), which requires expensive equipment and catalysts, or Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR), which highly depends on mixing efficiency and strict temperature ranges and is prone to equipment failures such as clogged nozzles.

This product can stabilize the fluctuations of SCR and SNCR denitration processes, ensuring stable ultra-low emissions even under conditions of sudden changes in coal quality and load.

Application Scope:

Suitable for coal with high sulfur and nitrogen content, such as in coal-fired boilers, industrial boilers, and domestic stoves, with significant denitration effects.

Usage and Dosage:
Mix this product uniformly with coal at a ratio of 1‰ to 3‰ of coal consumption, and feed it into the boiler through the coal feeding device for combustion.

Introduction

Suitable for removing nitrogen oxides from flue gas in thermal power boilers, SNCR denitration technology does not require catalysts. Under normal boiler operation, the denitration agent is directly added to the desulfurization tower system to react with NOx in the flue gas, producing harmless nitrogen and water, thereby removing NOx from the flue gas. Denitration efficiency can reach 50%-75%.
