Application Instructions
Surface Preparation: Substrate surface must be thoroughly cleaned of oil, rust, and scale through sandblasting or shot blasting to achieve rust removal grade Sa2.5 standard; manual rust removal to grade St3 is also acceptable. Remove dust and oil to ensure the surface is clean and dry.
Thinner: Use deionized water or compliant tap water as thinner.

　　　　　　　　　　　 Brush application: below 20% (of original paint mass)

Application Methods: Airless spraying, conventional spraying, brushing, roller coating (specialized)

Usage: Stir Component A thoroughly, add the required amount of Component B as specified, and mix well. Add an appropriate amount of thinner according to the application method, stir evenly before use. After mixing Components A and B, use within the pot life period.

Precautions
It is recommended to use the product in dry and sunny weather, or under good application conditions and environment.
Application temperature should be above 10°C, relative humidity below 70%, and air velocity above 0.5m/s.
Do not exceed the thinner dosage excessively, as over-thinning may compromise paint stability and affect performance.
Use the mixed paint within the pot life corresponding to the temperature; quality assurance decreases after expiration.
After application of water-based paint under ambient drying conditions, ensure sufficient air-drying time; avoid exposure to water, steam, or mist during this period, as it may affect quality and performance.
