6001B Water-based Epoxy Curing Agent

I. Overview

Water-based epoxy curing agent 6001B is a water-soluble aliphatic polyamine curing agent with a solid content of 50%.

It is a high-quality, storage-stable, and environmentally friendly water-based product independently developed and produced by our company. It can be used in combination with

water-based epoxy emulsion WE1000 to formulate high-performance water-based epoxy industrial coatings.

II. Characteristics

1) Non-toxic, environmentally friendly, low VOC, and can be diluted with water.

2) Superior solvent resistance and chemical resistance compared to solvent-based epoxy systems.

3) When used as interior wall decorative coatings, it offers early water stain resistance, easy cleaning, strong scrub resistance, and excellent anti-pollution properties.

4) Provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

5) No pre-treatment required for wood coating surfaces.

1. Floor coatings: Particularly suitable for epoxy floor construction in factories, workshops, and public facilities with high ground temperatures.

3. Metal anti-corrosion: Can be used as anti-corrosion primers, thick intermediate coats, and topcoats for metal protection.

4. Baking paints, coil coatings, metal paints: Especially suitable for surface anti-corrosion and finishing of hardware components.

5. Water-based glass process paints: Strong adhesion to glass, remains intact after 4 hours in boiling water.

This product should be stored sealed in a cool, ventilated place. The shelf life is 6 months, and the storage temperature should be controlled between 10°C and 30°C.
