Product Description
This product is a single-component formulation composed of water-based resin, anti-rust pigments, additives, and deionized water.
Product Characteristics
High early hardness;
Excellent early water resistance;
Strong adhesion; Superior mechanical properties;
Good resistance to water, oil, solvents, and salt spray;
Air-drying, with better results from low-temperature baking;
Low VOC emissions.
Designed Applications
Used as anti-corrosion paint for automotive parts, primarily applied to axles, gearboxes, drive shafts, leaf springs, and other automotive components.
Application Instructions
Thinner: Deionized water or clean tap water
Thinner dosage: 5–20%
Application methods: Airless spraying, air spraying, brushing, roller coating.
