Product Description

This product is a two-component system, composed of water-based resin, pigments, curing agents, additives, and deionized water.

Product Characteristics

High gloss film with excellent distinctness of image and fullness;

Outstanding weather resistance;

Excellent adhesion; superior mechanical properties;

Good resistance to water, oil, solvents, and saline water, with high salt spray resistance;

Low VOC emissions.

Intended Use

Suitable for products requiring extremely high decorative effects or high corrosion protection.

Primarily used for metal coatings with long service life or high salt spray resistance requirements.

Such as bicycles, electric vehicles, trucks, agricultural vehicles, engineering machinery, and mechanical parts coating.

Application Instructions

Thinner: Deionized water or clean tap water

Thinner dosage: 10-20%

Pot life: 4 hours (25°C)

Application methods: Airless spray, air spray, roller coating, brush coating.

Recoat interval: Apply only after the previous coat has fully dried.
