Technical Features

1. Adopts vertical (horizontal) structure with 45KG water weight.

2. Highly intelligent, uses an isolation barrel to separate the outer and inner barrels, and employs chip refrigeration technology to ensure consistent temperature for each sample test.

3. Utilizes dual constant volume overflow technology for water volume determination, ensuring full consistency in water volume for each sample test.

4. Employs chip refrigeration technology to cool the temperature rise brought by each sample test.

5. Interface method: VB-CAN card, using pb and protective circuit devices for lightning protection, anti-magnetic interference, and anti-stimulus interference.

6. Uses PT100 temperature measurement probe with good temperature sensing linearity.

7. Analysis test system: Can connect to most of our company's coal quality analysis equipment. Automatically uploads data and generates reports. (Users can easily customize according to their needs), can connect to a balance.

8. Adopts power optimization circuit to ensure the device operates under fixed frequency, fixed voltage, and fixed sulfur conditions.

9. Inner barrel uses air gap heat transfer, where air heat transfer is superior to water heat transfer, and employs internal circulating air technology.

10. Uses system automatic analysis of standard data for system linear error.
