EP-1--Jaw Crusher

The crusher mainly consists of the main body, eccentric shaft, movable jaw, adjustment device, transmission device, and power section. The body adopts two structural forms: one is integrally cast, and the other is welded from high-quality steel plates, forming an integral box structure with multiple reinforcing ribs. The eccentric shaft is made of high-quality carbon structural steel and machined to be eccentric. Bearings are installed at both ends and fastened to the frame. The movable jaw comes in two forms: integrally cast and welded. A pair of toothed plates, cast from ZGmn13, are fixed to the movable jaw and the frame. When the motor drives the pulley and, through the eccentric shaft, moves the movable jaw back and forth, the material is crushed by the toothed plates to achieve the purpose of crushing.

The adjustment device is mainly used to adjust the size of the discharge opening, which is proportional to the output. By changing the position of the support plate, the gap of the discharge opening can be adjusted. The support plate system not only adjusts the gap but also acts as a safety feature. When overloading occurs during feeding or when encountering metal objects, it breaks first, stopping the machine and protecting other parts from damage. To ensure the long-term use of the frame, protective plates are installed on both sides of the frame to prevent wear on the main body.
