ZDL-9C--Touch Screen Sulfur Determinator

This instrument is primarily used to determine the total sulfur content in coal, steel, and various minerals. It is the preferred instrument for laboratories in sectors such as coal, power, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, geological exploration, commodity inspection, and environmental protection testing.

The instrument is designed based on the coulometric titration method specified in GB/T214-1996. It has been improved and developed on the basis of the KZDL series and other existing domestic sulfur analyzers. It addresses shortcomings such as poor linearity, zero drift, the need for manual control of the electrolysis switch, and manual adjustment of furnace current. The entire measurement process of this instrument is intelligently controlled by a microprocessor, with new additions including automatic control of the electrolysis switch, PID mode control of furnace current, and many other intelligent control functions. The microprocessor performs various corrections and processing on the test data, ensuring stable measurement results, good parallel sample consistency, and accuracy and precision that exceed the requirements of the national standard GB/T214-1996. It also features a large-screen Chinese character display, a user-friendly interface, simple and easy-to-learn keyboard operation, a high degree of automated intelligent control, and a compact size, making it an ideal sulfur analyzer for laboratories.
