This system operates on Windows 98 and above, featuring human-computer interaction for immediate learning and use. The software adopts an object-oriented programming approach, utilizes modular management technology, supports multitasking, employs advanced serial communication technology, integrates system control and data management, offers good compatibility, facilitates maintenance, overcomes the drawbacks of computer interface board hopping, has broad adaptability, uses scientific and effective algorithms, ensures high data accuracy, and provides stable and reliable system performance.

This fully automatic microcomputer calorimeter is mainly suitable for industries or departments such as electric power, coal, papermaking, petrochemicals, cement, agriculture and animal husbandry, medicine, scientific research, and education to determine the calorific value of solid or liquid combustible materials like coal, petroleum, chemicals, food, and wood.

Instrument Features

1. Automatically controls the temperature of the outer water jacket at the set point, ensuring that actual temperature changes do not affect cooling correction, resulting in more accurate measurements.

2. Automatically adjusts the temperatures of the inner and outer jackets, using a compressor refrigeration system to reduce cooling correction and enhance measurement accuracy.

3. Meets the requirement of national standard GB/T213-2003: "At the endpoint, the inner jacket is about 1K higher than the outer jacket."

4. The microcomputer calorimeter retains all functions of the microcomputer system, can run general software for other tasks, and simultaneously starts the calorimeter measurement system to automatically calibrate the energy equivalent (heat capacity) of the calorimetric system and measure the calorific value. By inputting data such as sulfur, moisture, and hydrogen, it can convert and print data including bomb calorific value, gross calorific value, and net calorific value.

5. The calorimeter device uses an electric stirrer with blade paddles for the inner jacket and a submersible electric stirrer for the outer jacket, ensuring more uniform and convenient stirring. The instrument employs a fuse-type cotton thread ignition method.

6. The microcomputer calorimeter operates on Windows 98 and above, with full-process Chinese prompts, human-computer interaction for immediate learning and use. Simply follow the prompts to complete the experiment.
