Scope of Application
This product is designed for laboratories and production sites of scientific research institutions, professional colleges and universities, coal mines, power plants, steel, coking, and other industrial and mining enterprises. It can be used for experiments requiring gas protection, particularly suitable for the determination of total moisture and industrial analysis of lignite, complying with GB/T211-2007 and GB/T212-2008.

Product Features

The outer casing is made of cold-rolled steel plate with a metal paint finish, featuring a hard and durable coating with excellent rust resistance. The working chamber is constructed of stainless steel plate. Between the outer casing and the working chamber, ultra-fine glass wool insulation material is filled, providing excellent thermal insulation to effectively ensure stable and accurate internal temperature and minimize the impact on the operating environment. A heat-resistant rubber sealing ring is installed between the working chamber and the door to ensure high sealing integrity. Temperature control utilizes microcomputer intelligent digital technology with industrial PID, self-tuning, and a three-digit dual LED window display function; it offers high temperature control accuracy, strong anti-interference capability, and is very user-friendly (for details, refer to the temperature controller operation manual). Compact size with low nitrogen consumption. Uniform temperature distribution, excellent test repeatability, and automatic opening/closing of the air vent. High efficiency, capable of holding up to twelve total moisture weighing bottles (Ф70×35) at once.
