Introduction to Nitrogen Determination Instrument
Nitrogen in coal, as a crucial element, produces nitrogen oxides upon combustion that severely pollute the atmosphere, easily form acid rain, and acidify the soil. Additionally, nitrites are significant carcinogens. In the power industry, the measurement of nitrogen content in coal is used to calculate the combustion heat, theoretical combustion temperature, composition of combustion products, and thermal balance.
