The microcomputer sulfur determinator is based on the principle of coulometric titration (refer to GB/T 214—1996). The microcontroller system is responsible for controlling the temperature rise of the high-temperature furnace, collecting temperature and measurement result data, and transmitting the data to the main control microcomputer. The microcomputer system processes the data, displaying furnace temperature, measurement results, sample feeding position, and other information, while sending control commands to the microcontroller system. When the device operates in offline mode, the microcontroller system independently completes all tasks. This instrument can work with a microcomputer or operate offline. To enter microcomputer working mode, press a non-numeric key such as the OK key while turning on the main power. To enter offline working mode, press any numeric key while turning on the main power. If no selection is made, the system enters the previous state.

7. The microcontroller system controls the temperature of the high-temperature furnace, collects measurement data, and transmits the data to the main control microcomputer via a serial line for data processing, working in coordination with the microcomputer's main program.
The overall performance of the system is significantly improved.
8. The system integrates the high-temperature furnace, magnetic stirrer, air purification device, electrolytic cell, automatic sample feeding mechanism, and microcontroller control circuits reasonably within the same chassis, making the entire system aesthetically pleasing, compact, easy to place and connect, and simple to operate and maintain daily.
