       Hubei Ruikaixing Technology Co., Ltd. was established in May 2018 as a joint-stock company integrating research and development, production, and operations, with a registered capital of 15 million yuan.

        The company's registered address and factory are located in the Chemical Industry Park on Development Second Road, Changjiangbu, Yingcheng City, Hubei Province, 60 kilometers from Wuhan and adjacent to the Wu-Jing Expressway, making transportation very convenient.

        The company is a new factory rebuilt by Wuhan Yixing Chemical Co., Ltd. in accordance with national and regional government unified planning, relocating the fine chemical and pharmaceutical intermediate projects to an off-site chemical industry park. It retains the product series originally produced and operated by "Yixing Chemical," with products still primarily based on benzophenone derivatives, such as benzophenone hydrazone, benzilic acid, 4,4'-dihydroxybenzophenone, 2-amino-5-chlorobenzophenone, 2-methylamino-5-chlorobenzophenone, and others.

        The factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters and is equipped with new production facilities and supporting utilities for water, electricity, safety, and environmental protection, all laid out according to product processes. It has undergone relevant environmental and safety certifications in compliance with standards. The factory began trial production in November 2018, and the company's management processes, along with key management, technical, and quality personnel, are all from the original "Yixing Chemical" team. The company plans to establish and pass ISO9000 and ISO14000 system certifications in 2019.
